You may order online,
Orders may be placed by phone, FAX, mail, or in person at our office in Mill City, OR.
You can obtain an order form to fax or mail in PDF form from our website
or contact us to request a catalog from our office.
Alternatively, see our dealer list for a dealer near you.
Shipping
When placing your order please include a street address. We ship by Federal Express
and cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.
Orders received by 11:30 AM Pacific time will be shipped the same
day via Federal Express and will be received within two (2)
working days in the continental United States. Overnight
Priority One will deliver no later than 10:30 then next business
day in most cities.
Payment
All orders must be paid for via VISA, Master Card, American Express, or prepayment.
Our guarantee
With our products your satisfaction is guaranteed. Returns are allowed on in-stock items
within ten days of the shipping date. Please notify our office by telephone why the items
are being returned. Return items by packing them carefully so that we may reuse them.
Include a copy of the invoice with all returned items. W.E.R. The Information Connection,
Inc. will refund your money minus the shipping charge. Prices subject to
